<P>
You can open an ODF document in the presentation mode to simulate how the presentation slides looks in meeting rooms
and to determine how easy or difficult the document is to read.
</P>
<P>
To check how the slide show of a presentation file looks:
</P>
<OL class="space">
<LI>Open the ODF file in one of the following ways (OpenDocument Accessibility mode only supports local files):
<UL>
<LI>Click <B>File</B> &gt; <B>Open</B>, and then navigate to the local ODF file to be checked.
<LI>After selecting the Office view, click the <B>Open ODF File</B> button at the top of the Office view, and open the ODF file.
<LI>Type the URL in the address line, and then click <B>GO</B>.<br> The document opens in the Office view.
</UL>
<LI>Click <B>Presentation</B> above the top right pane to select the presentation mode.
<LI>Check the accessibility and usability of the slide show:

<LI>Simulates the slide show when the screen size is 3 feet located 10 feet from the audience in one of the following ways
<UL>
<LI>Select <B>Small Meeting Room</B> button
<LI>Click <B>Visualization</B> menu &gt; <B>Presentation (Small room)</B> or use shortcut key (Ctrl+Shift+M).
</UL>
<LI>Simulates the slide show when the screen size is 5 feet located 30 feet from the audience in one of the following ways
<UL>
<LI>Select <B>Large Meeting Room</B> button
<LI>Click <B>Visualization</B> menu &gt; <B>Presentation (Large room)</B> or use shortcut key (Ctrl+Shift+G).
</UL>
<LI>Simulates the slide show when the screen size is 10 feet located 100 feet from the audience in one of the following ways
<UL>
<LI>Select <B>Auditorium</B> button
<LI>Click <B>Visualization</B> menu &gt; <B>Presentation (Auditorium)</B> or use shortcut key (Ctrl+Shift+A).
</UL>
</UL>
(<B>Note: </B>
The Presentation simulation in the OpenDocument Accessibility mode does not support the reports in the Evaluation view.
Please check that there are no images or characters that are difficult to read by examining the simulated images.)
