Remove o.e.ecf.tests.filetransfer.httpclient Continuation of commit 5d32f6b, this change deletes the test bundle associated with the filetransfer provider that was deleted in that commit. These tests cannot be built and have a dep on the obsolete and unmaintained jakarta-commons-httpclient lib.
