[454218] Improve default settings for the genmodel Automatically set the output source folders as "src-gen" and the base package. Disable the tests generation by default. Also reorder the the menu actions so that "Generate All" is in first position making it easier to access through mouse clicks. Bug: 454218 Change-Id: Ic3c3e0adc680f60e6f6578173f604baa2c70417d
