Bug 444188: Fix concurrent access to listener collections EclipsePreferences is now thread-safe. A new test bundle is created to test org.eclipse.equinox.preferences Moving tests from org.eclipse.core.tests.internal.preferences.EclipsePreferencesTest is not done here.
