This change fixes bug issue 331470: 1. Adds the interfaces in org.osgi.service.jndi to the Gemini Naming build. 2. Removes the lib/osgi.enterprise.jar from the build, since it is no longer needed. 3. Updates the build and test code to no longer depend upon the presence of osgi.enterprise.jar.
