Bug 540927 - Quick fix behaves differently from what it says it does

- change TypeChangeCorrectionProposal to check if the new type
  has nested captures and if so, use the addImport logic in
  ImportRewrite to get the type name that the captured type will
  end up getting resolved to
- add new test to TypeMismatchQuickFixTests that adds the
  captures scenario from bug
- bump up o.e.jdt.ui.tests version
