Bug 548309 - Use jdk 5 for-each loop (org.eclipse.jdt.ui) org.eclipse.jdt.internal.ui.typehierarchy to org.eclipse.jdt.internal.ui.workingsets Replace simple uses of Iterator with a corresponding for-loop.
