Bug 573858 - Wrong preview for "Replace system property with constant"

In the "Clean Ups" dialog, when the "Replace system property with
constant" cleanup is disabled, the preview is wrong for the checked
properties.

In addition, the order in the preview should be the same as the order of
the checkboxes.
