TCF Agent: fixed: find_symbol_by_name() does not find C++ static functions Reverting commit 92d009c9674b100d2c2b2ff18b01c87df8edbe90: * TCF Agent: fixed: static C/C++ variables should not be added into public name table of the DWARF reader The commit was supposed to be an optimization to save some memory and CPU cycles, but it causes unwanted regression.
