[cleanup][releng] Contextual Explorer
Releng :
- Enable tycho based build for the contextual explorer
- Make sure Eclipse Modeling is used as a provider (just like the other
features and plugins)
- integrate the contextual explorer features in the update-site
- make feature IDs and project names consistent with the codebase.
Cleanups:
- align versions with codebase (0.8.0->1.7.0)
- Use the same carriage return marker as the rest of the codebase.
- replace re-exported dependencies by explicit dependencies
- replace 2 usages of log4j by the standard o.e.core.runtime logging
- rename o.e.a.contextual.explorer plugin - which has a lot of ui
dependencies - to contextual.explorer.ui
