[SystemCSim] added property to set UnityBatchSize via heuristic of app4mc.sim

especially on servers with much ressources and a one shout build, the unity batch size can reduce compilation time, but also increases used memory. Therefore, a local developer machine with many design/transfmoation/simulation cycles may disable or choose a high value.
