https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=489223 Exception while opening bpmn Editor After Mars.2 Update Definitions validator should not require a targetNamespace - make this a Warning instead of Error. This also affects https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=477103 (Incorrect use of "targetNamespace" to identify the Target Runtime of a bpmn2 file) which was already marked as RESOLVED.
