  "message": "[Releng] Added Oomph setup file\n\nThe Oomph setup file contained in this commit allows\ndevelopers to install an Eclipse with all necessary tools\nvia the Eclipse Installer. This should significantly simplify\ngetting started with contributions to Eclipse Capra. The\nsetup file is based used together with the \"Eclipse IDE for\nEclipse Committers\" product offered by the Eclipse Installer.\nApart from installing all necessary plugins, the project setup\nwill also download the code, activate the correct target\nplatform, and connect the developer to Gerrit and Bugzilla.\n\nDepending on which Eclipse version is chosen, the CBI\nTargetplatform tools will be installed as well.\n",
