Initial checkin of the WRS special on the cdt_6_0_2_special branch. This branch represents a melding of the HEAD branch with te cdt_6_0_2 branch for the memory browser. We need this to update products which are still based on this version of CDT. But there are so many fixes to head that we need. Randy Rohrbach WRS
