Bug 489911 - Merge HTMLPrinter implementations There are two HTMLPrinter implementations. Internal one in org.eclipse.dltk.internal.ui.text package and an API one in org.eclipse.dltk.ui.text.completion. The later had more methods than the former one thus keep it, move usages of the internal one to the API one and drop the internal one.
