[zoodiscovery] Remote service undiscovered and not rediscovered due to concurrency bug https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=337973 Fixed ReadRoot to better support concurrency and added some documentation to IService which is not related to this bug.
