Updated examples under the jpa subdirectory: 1) Add lambda expressions to test eclipselink modifications in support of JDK 8 lambdas 2) Updated EclipseLink attribute converters to JPA 2.1 attribute converters in the Employee example 3) Updated pom files to use JDK 8, EclipseLink 2.6.0, and various updated maven plugin versions.
