Bug 248491. Checking in on behalf of Darani. -Adding new EM methods for find() and refresh() -Renamed clear() to detatch() to follow the spec. As noted in the bug, detatch() needs to be implemented correctly to take care of CascadeType.DETACH Code reviewed by Gordon Tests run jpa tests against mysql.
