Bug 529245 - Fix SWTGridDescription and Layouts for CompactRenderer

All renderers with the capability to render in a vertically compact mode
now properly return their compact grid descriptions and set their
GridLayouts and GridData respectively.

Previously the compact vertically renderers only behaved as expected
when rendered with other controls which enforced their proper layout.
Now they can also be rendered standalone.
