 RAP 3.0 will be contributed to Mars.
 Currently we don't deliver any bundles (besides examples) which have dependencies to RAP.
 This is why RAP 2.3 is used in the TPs.
 If we plan to ship RAP bundle with the SDKs, we need to adapt the target.
