Adds logicalcherry-pick command.

Implements the logical cherry pick in EMF Compare CLI. This
implementation is based on the same convention than EGit, any cherry
pick is replaced by an interactive rebase with only cherry pick step.

EMFCompareGitPGM

This is a temporary repository holding the work on the EMF Compare command line application. This application aims to handle EMF model on git repository from a command line tool. This repository will soon migrate to the eclipse foundation.
