  &lt;li> Guidance and work products&amp;nbsp;reusable across practices have been moved &#xD;
    into common plug-ins &lt;/li>&#xD;
  &lt;li> Category, role, and tool definitions separated into separate plug-ins to &#xD;
    allow them to be easily removed and replaced&amp;nbsp;by alternative categorizations. &#xD;
