| In general, the following are some criteria for identifying practices:&nbsp;

| Independently adoptable

| Provide tangible results (ideally, a work product in some state, thought outcomes not bad)

| No dependencies on other practices (exception: a practice that extends an existing practice, which conceptually

| means the extending practice is a “sub-practice” of the base practice)
 |

| <li>
 |
| Provide a specific technique for producing a specific result, including specific tasks
 |

 |

| At a high level, a practice has the following method properties:
