Bug 499971 - Enrich IOExceptions thrown by ZipBundleEntryInputStream To aid debugging, this wraps any IOExceptions (e.g., ZIPExceptions) thrown by the underlying (Zip)InputStream in IOExceptions indicating which file is broken.
