Refactored messaging to static message allocation [runtime.cpp] Added StaticMessageMemory and IMemory class for static messaging. [generator.cpp] Adjusted generator to static messaging. [runtime.cpp.tests] Adjusted test cases to fit the runtime changes and added testcase for the StaticMessageMemory.
