[563078] create opc ua variables this commit adds support for creating opc ua variables in forte's opc ua server by using PUBLISH_0 FB with [CREATE_VARIABLE;variable type;data value type; browse path of variable instance to create]. In case you ran CMake with invalid options it might help to reset the CMake state by deleting CMake intermediate files:
rm -Rf CMakeCache.txt CMakeFiles/
For building local RPMs you can use (tito)[https://github.com/dgoodwin/tito]
tito build --test --rpm
