[463422] Remove re-declarations of Sirius's property categories 

Disable EcoreTools 1 property sections which are dupplicated regarding
the EEF ones. Use the categories from Sirius instead of the legacy ones.
Also make sure we use a Label provider for the sheet page which can
unwrap
