Bug 547472 - Group, Categorization, Section history missing HasTooltip
recording

* Add test case
* Adapt histories to include the recording in a 170 release (in
view.history this is created in the 170 release, so we have to be in the
same)
* Fix issue in EdaptViewModelMigrator in case multiple releases are
found now (here: 140 and 170) to return the newest release
* Fix test launch config
