Bug 527686 - Pull-out common master-detail code

Fix problem of the detail manager disposing child contexts that
are still needed for tree/table master-detail validation.

Also fix “pre-set validation” listeners (a) using and leaking a
single view-model context absolutely globally and (b) replacing
diagnostics attached to VControls rendered as text fields or
combos when changing the domain model.
