#331974 Merge Feature, Feature(Manifest)Parser and URLEntry back together - Preserved functionality from both sides - Merged into files in o.e.e.(internal).p2.publisher.eclipse package because the other package (o.e.pde.internal.build.site.compatibility) remains (with reduced content) in o.e.pde.build
