[269542] Incorrect merge in case when there are few extensions for the same extpoint, one is modified (generated=not) Seems that removed check was meaningful when we didn't use identity for the extensions (another generated extension was meant to be overriden with new generated), with identities, need to make sure newED with the same identity is not appended later.
