[281014] Canonical diagrams are empty after restart. Null hint value doesn't activate the provider. Better fix than factory hint. Instead, honest hint is supplied to trigger activation.
DiagramCEP has been reworked not to rely on scattered protected methods; some useless calls (i.e. refreshSemanticConnections which was no-op with given implementation of shouldIncludeConnection) were removed; CanonicalConnectionEditPolicy superclass which was of no real use was replaced with basic CEP.
