Drop Hawk SVN component from plain Maven build Due to licensing concerns, SVNKit is a WORKSWITH dependency and therefore the Hawk SVN component should not be distributed from Eclipse. The Tycho based build already had that component dropped, but we forgot to do it as well from the plain Maven build.
