[141831] Fix JavaPlugin class not instantiated on plugin activation, fix not getting correct ICompilationUnit and IClassFile fully-qualified names (didn't take into account the package they were in), and fixed JavaReflectionSynchronizer not being removed from the resource change listener on the close of a project.
