Deprecated JavaURL (a performance gain because not creating a JavaURL which is then just thrown away to create a URI, instead we just directly create the URI without a lot of double processing). Also now tolerate Generic classes. We can't do anything with them yet (i.e. introspect or find source type from a fluffed up one), but we can at least represent them when they do come in from reflection or introspection and not throw exceptions.
