[323185, 331611] WebXmlUpdater - multiple method calls fail to update model. In short first modify of the model succeeds, subsequent modifications don't. The issue was caused, because the DD.xml file was changed from the previous operation it was unloaded and replaced during modification, thus any changes made were ignored.
