Commit of pom.xml, dynamically generated on jenkins with emf facet
releng tools.

To Help in another releng strategy (Ed Willink work)
The commited pom.xml are extracted out of one working jenkins workspace.
They will not be yet operational for a basic maven compilation launch
(on top pom.xml) because they include some invocations to ant scripts
(with parameters related to job workspace) which are included in EMF
Facet releng tools : if you look for
"org.eclipse.emf.facet.releng.tycho.util" word in all pom.xml you will
find these invocations related to

- plugins *.doc -> to generate eclipse help contents from .mediawiki
files
- plugins *.report and *.tests-> to generate metric and tests reports

Note : EMF Facet releng tools are contained in
"git://git.eclipse.org/gitroot/facet/org.eclipse.emf.facet.releng.git"
