Bug 505920 - JobManager.beginRule leaks the interrupted state. Continue to clear and react to the interrupted flag if it may have been set by the job framework, but don't react to interruptions that were definitely triggered outside the Job framework (this is a workaround for the fact that some existing unit tests are incorrectly interrupting their main thread).
