Bug 539524 - [GTK4] Port event handling to GtkEventController

- Added gtk4_key_press_event & gtk4_key_release_event, GTK4 specific
callbacks (with function Javadoc)
- Removed keyval parameter in filterKey as it is not used, and the
IMContext function handles doesn't need to know the keyval
- Added gtk4_key_press_event overrides in Composite, Button, Link, &
Control
- Removed old GTK4 porting code in gtk_key_press_event (GTK3's callback)
