Update to changes in RAP 2.3, Update version to 0.2.0 Use the types from the internal package o.e.r.rwt.internal.lifecycle instead of o.e.r.rwt.lifecycle which has been deprecated in RAP 2.3. Adjust dependency to RWT to require at least 2.3. This version is not compatible with 2.2 anymore. Increment version number to 0.2.0 to reflect the incompatible change.
