Add slf4j 2.0.0 alpha1 from WTP

WTP currently requires slf4j, so contribute it to the simrel, this
is so reddeer's contribution can be unblocked and this commit
should be reverted once WTP does not depend on slf4j 2.0.0 alpha1
anymore.
