Bug 518367: [Tooling] Decide whether snap-to-grid shall explicitly be switched off in Papyrus-RT 1.0 or not Disable snap-to-grid and grid visibility (since there's no snapping) by default as in the Neon release. https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=518367
