Initial commit for new Scout homepage 2021
Removed files from old homepage (see branch 'before_2021').
Added files from new homepage.
Remember: do not edit files in this repository directly. The files
in this repository are the build output of the Scout homepage build
from https://github.com/bsi-software/eclipse-scout-website.
So always make changes first to the eclipse-scout-website repo. Then
run the build and copy files from the /dist to this repository.
