Major clean-up, iframed documents from GitHub IO
- instead of copy/paste content from GitHub IO for "hello world" and
installation guide, we now iframe these contents --> popup.php
- deleted unused images
- deleted unused resources from Eclipse project page template
- deleted unused or broken resources like RSS, plan.xml or description
- added missing jquery-zoom plugin (caused 404)
- added style for e-mail confirmation message
- improved styling of popup
- removed index.php and content for sub directories like /support and
perform a 301 redirect instead (because of SEO)
