[119910] Tests was generating 500M of messages becuase of DebugUI plugin. JEM doesn't need it, but Eclipse VM Launcher will try to activate the DebugUI if that plugin is present. This causes major msgs because that plugin can't be activated now if there workbench is not activated. Had to change so that JEM tests also run under workbench instead of headless!
