Bug 530266 - When including a domain specs with prefix "oslc", there is
a class conflict with a oslc4J core class
rename the generated {namespacePrefix}Constants.java class to be
{namespacePrefix}DomainConstants.java.
also, changed the domain of DCterms to be <http://purl.org/dc/terms/>
