Bug 581193 - Problems freeing secondary snapshots

Dispose secondary snapshots loaded by SnapshotArgument.
Preload secondary snapshots required by UI queries.

Building locally

git clone https://git.eclipse.org/r/mat/org.eclipse.mat
cd org.eclipse.mat/parent
mvn clean install
