Bug 582822 Lazily load ThreadInfo information

Lazily load the ThreadInfoImpl contents so that on dumps with lots
of threads and slow IO performance the views are still responsive.

Building locally

git clone https://git.eclipse.org/r/mat/org.eclipse.mat

mvn clean install
