542496: Associate Creole Language with Creole Document Builder
- CreoleLanguage now returns the CreoleDocumentBuilder
- Added round trip integration tests
- The integration tests uncovered a minor bug where NoWiki blocks would
add a superfluous newline to the end of the block - I corrected the
behavior.
- Also enabled detecting no wiki spans as code spans via the Creole
Language
