update jdt.core to I20190220-1800 for 2019-03 M3 - fixed AIOOBE when tokens and positions didn't have the same length (occurred as secondary problem when j.l.Class was not found in OTJavaTypeSearchTests) - stop running tests at 1.7 ran into inconsistency between JCL_LIB and compliance - update OTDEquinoxBuilderTests: - make then capable of running on 1.8 - suppress pde error regarding missing package exports
